q8n1 this book will keep you on the edge of your seat. the plot twists and turns from the beginning. I haven’t finished it but hope it has a happy ending. funny and great female reclaiming their power.

q8n1 Alpha Kane Book 1 means there is a book 2 so not sure when I will get around to reading this. I read in the comments some mixed reviews about difficulty following the story, I tend to shy away from those as I am a slow reader to begin with. I’m sure a more advanced reader would do much better.

author I am a little confused. in chapter 38 (great plans) when Kane and Ember were sitting on the branch of the tree who said I love you and Ember stiffened. did she remember Kane said those words before kissing her? or was it her own self admitting that she loved him? please explain

I'm on chapter 14, and I'm going to try my best to keep reading, but I'm having difficulty doing so. The flashbacks without warning is killing me!! 😭 I read a lot of books, and never have had this hard of a time following a book. The story is good, just wish there was better flow.

It’s rare for me to start a book and not finish it, but this one was impossible for me to follow. I kept having to go back to re-read chapters, thinking I missed an important point. I don’t mind when some assumptions need to be made, but this was too much. I would suggest more story and character development.

I am enjoying this but it's hard with all the grammar issues and lack of clarity in the writing. It is a bit too unorganized.I can't picture characters well when there descriptions change constantly. Helen has blonde hair then it is referred to as being brown????

I did like the story at the beginning. Honetly, there is a lot of missing information and it bounces around with out any natural direction.
