OK, I have to ask something about Elden. if he's blind, how can he read all of the books in the library? are they all also in braille (doubtful)? is he just "mostly" blind? does he have some kind of super ability to be able to see the written word without actually "seeing" it?

Elliott wouldn't have been right for Sofia anyway, he's not good enough for her. She's a great Alpha to her people, Elliott is easily influenced and seems to just follow along. The suspense is killing me, I hope Vera finds what she needs. I'm hoping she can get in and out undetected, but someone is definitely going to find her.

Can someone tell me the difference between the lycans and werewolf of this story? I looked for some visual art and I saw that lycans tend to keep more humanoid qualities but is that it? I must admit that I don't understand why they would be enemies unless there was some war that happened years ago that nobody really knows who started it but each side blames the other? Are the lycans vampire and werewolf hybrids or another species altogether? What do these lycans from this story look like? Even though I am on chapter 11 of book 1 I think I must have missed the description and I am not sure where to find it without reading all of the chapters again.
