Ava’s mind objected to being called a girl. It irritated her even though she was scared. “Who hit you?” he asked. I loved this book. The story between the fmc an mmc was really great and their relationship is one of my favorites. I like that she is such a strong person and doesn’t need to be resqued all the time like some other females sometimes. I also hate the powerless thing.

I love this book. I continue to go back and read it again and again. I enjoy how the story is written. It is a very good story about how things are ran in the mafia. I would love to read more books by this author.

Once again @Dripping Creativity has produced another excellent book. I haven't read many mafia books and I loved this one, very different from others. I have read nearly all the books on this platform, would defiantly recommend you all read them as they have all been an excellent reads, just couldn't put them down and have re-read a couple of them I loved them so much.

This was one of those books that you can't put down. I absolutely loved how the characters grew. The insight into not the complexity of the characters, that one person is not just all good or all bad made the story relatable into any relationship.
