    I was approached on Wattpad (as it seems were many of the people in these comments) by the editor of this story. Not going to lie, being re-directed to this app and then having to pay to finish this story almost put me off reading it but I was invested and I don’t like to not finish things, the basic 500 coins along with the code for the 100 free coins the editor gave me were enough to get me to the end in case anyone was wondering. I also think that I might have gotten bonus coins for being a first time coin-buyer so take that into account if you’re a first time user of this app and want to finish this story. Now on to the story review, honestly at the beginning I was intrigued but also confused. It seemed to just jump into a random though and then take off. Don’t get me wrong though, once I realized what was happening I was very interested in the story. I actually really enjoyed it. There were a few spots in which the main character would have a sort of flash back memory and those scenes could be written better. Just some kind of transition so that the reader knows it’s a memory and not a current scene. Those were well written scenes I though but I was so confused sometimes I had to go back and read the chapter because I thought I missed something. There were also a few grammatical errors and misuses of “you’re” which bothered me but that stuff happens and it wasn’t too frequent to put me off reading it. Also, the end was sort of infuriating, the main character spends the last half of the story not giving in to her mate and all of his alpha-ness and then in the last sentence of the story she just quits?! It goes against everything she’s been fighting for this whole time! It definitely could have been extended a chapter or two of them coming to a sort of agreement other than her just giving up and accepting it. Other than that, I honestly really enjoyed this story and can’t wait to see if the author writes a book two, I’d definitely read it!

    Hello, I'm SuperStarAG from Wattpad and your editor suggested this book for me to read. I was only able to read the prologue on there, but I was immediately engaged and interested in the story, so I knew I had to continue reading. I don't have enough money to pay for the coin system, so I could only read up to chapter six. However, I do have some thoughts. To me, the measure of a good main character is in their relationships to other characters and what those relationships reveal about the character. This author executed this very well for the four characters we've been introduced to through Ember. In terms of her relationship with Kane, we see a side of her that is submissive and vulnerable, a "rabbit falling onto a wolf's arms", if you will. We see a side of her that wants to stand up for herself, but gets into her own head and focuses on the consequences of standing up for herself, opting not to instead. This dynamic is one I have seen many times before in werewolf, vampire, and other supernatural stories. This one seems to conform within those standards for me and is probably my least favorite. That being sad, their dynamic is still very strongly written and I enjoy reading it. In terms of her relationship with Aster, we see a side of her that is more intellectual and questioning. It's a rare side to her and not one that is pulled out easily. Aster, being strong and intelligent in her perception of the world, answers her curiosity honestly, giving her good advice in an attempt to pull her from a potentially dangerous path. She is like the anchor to Ember, grounding her thoughts in logical ways and keeping her from going astray. She's like Pam Beesley in The Office, the voice of reason amidst the chaos. A good friend to have by your side. The author's writing of Ember and Aster's relationship is beautiful and thought provoking, a combination I would not have expected to find in a werewolf story. My favorite quote from them was when Aster said, "A man who does not know your worth is not worthy of your thoughts.", In terms of her relationship with Ian, this was easily one of my favorite dynamics next to Ember and Aster. Their banter is natural and playful. Reading their banter and dialogue was probably one of my favorite parts of the part of the story that I was able to read. They care about each other a lot, as shown when Ian doesn't tell Ember about the troll marriage situation in Chapter Six. Their interactions and banter work together to display Ember and Ian as close friends and the author did an incredible job writing them. Finally, in terms of her relationship with her mother, this is the one that has been least explored so far, but that I feel if I had the coins, I would love to see expanded upon in the coming chapters.

    I enjoyed the book. The moment I read the first chapter, I was instantly hooked and I knew I was going to enjoy reading it. I love how the whole story flowed smoothly. I liked Ember , even though she has low self esteem she still was very brave and she's a very strong person. I also really liked Aster. I was sad about her death. she's was one of my favourite characters. she brave, badass and a great friend. The story was constructed and well thought out and the plot of the story was great. It was a good book to read. I enjoyed reading it.

I don't usually like wolf/alpha plots but it's quite captivating and the story flows really nicely so far. The only issue I've had was some of the grammar that disrupts the flow at times, but other than that it's great!

    I came here from Wattpad too! Invited by the editor. Thank your for messaging me. I was asked for more picky readers opinion, so I’ll try to be picky. ABO genre isn’t the genre I enjoy the most, but I’ll approach reading this story with open—minded approach. I love when in this type of stories (ABO) societal expectations are challenged. My impressions of the Prologue: I liked the prologue, it’s easy to follow, as well as has a nice hook at the end. I’d say that you could use this part more to to portray some of the world, how ABO system works in this universe, since it can introduce new readers to the genre. You give us slight hints about the system, though I think it can be confusing for someone that’s just starting read your book genre. Based on the comments the system gets expanded in the next chapters, I have high hopes for this book! I read just the prologue, hoping more info will be provided in the next chapters. By no means, I mean the info-dump, though. My first impression of the MC from the prologue is that she’s very submissive, without the backbone. She seems like that type that gives in to the system, and I wonder if I’ll able to come to like the ‘submissive’ parts, or easily giving in personality parts that are displayed. Hopefully her view point/perspective is expanded/challenged later down the line. Kane’s not making a great impression on me, he’s a total jerk. I am glad he’s defying the system, but ordering someone to kneel?! Not my cup of tea, mister. I despise when love interests are A rated jerks, ugh. I cross fingers his attitude will be explained in the next chapters too. That won’t excuse for me his actions, even if I’ll get some insight into his character. Honestly, the prologue is simple, can intrigue both the new/old readers. Even the ones that aren’t into werewolves etc. My picky side isn’t thinking that I’d come to love the genre, however prologue is convincing enough for me to give this book a chance. — Karinrumi ♥️♥️

What I really liked was having the main character say "mine" because I've never really read a werewolf book were the main person says. It really sees into what they're thinking. Fantastic novel!!

This story is the classic cliché, however it has that thing that carch your attention and really makes you want to see what will happend next, I haven't finish it and I don't know if I will (because of the coins), but I really recomend it if you are looking for some enjoyable wolf-mate reading, the writing makes it easy and quik to read

    The author reached out on Wattpad and I was delighted that she did! My review will be in a bullet format just so I can cover several points. ▪︎The prologue and the first chapters were quite engaging to read, especially for a first-time reader. It was the type of prologue that could get your attention right away since there were a lot of eventful scenarios in it. ▪︎I found the dialogue between the characters to be refreshing because honestly, there are a lot of werewolf stories, and there are some lines that seem to be somewhat standard in them. Basically, I like how Ember is a fiery and spirited girl although she may come off as someone shy since she isn't always able to do so due to several factors in the story. ▪︎ The plot has just the right amount of thrill and romance. I also like the appearance of other species or creatures which isn't always found in werewolf stories. ▪︎ Lastly, there were some lines in the book that I thought would have been more effective if there was the use of a comma or the exclamation mark. An example of it would be 'Here, I was no omega' rather than 'Here I was no omega' or 'Like hell I'd touch him!' rather than 'Like hell I'd touch him'. Anyways, that's just my personal preference honestly, so it's all good. ✌🏼 All in all, the whole story is a good-read so to anyone reading reviews or comments first, I'd recommend it because you will be in for a real treat! 😊 Happy reading!
