    this is a fantastic book! very well written. had me hooked within the first chapter, writing style and captivation never faltered throughout. the 2 year skip was the only negative because I would have loved to have read about everything that happened in that 2 years just so I could read this story more so that is more on me than the author. well done and thank you for such a wonderful story!

    Honestly, this is the best book I've read online in a really long time. The writing itself was excellent, and the story had a great flow! The only thing I'm disappointed by is the 2 year skip because I just wanted more!!

    Hi everyone! Thank you all so much for the support 🤍 I understand some things were not explicitly said, so here are some clarifications: 1. This is it for Vera and Noah in the foreseeable future; I’m in school and won’t be able to give any other book much thought. 2. Liam does go back to the Castle; Harriet is already dead, his mission is over. Also, when Sadira discovered him as a spy, there wasn’t much of a choice, he’d been busted. 3. Vera does tell Sofia that they’re relatives; it just didn’t seem that relevant to mention since they already thought of each other as sisters :) 4. It was only hinted at Eli having a partner bc it gave a sense of continuation to their world (hope this makes sense) like even after you’ve read the book, their lives and world goes on. I’ll take guesses as to who y’all think it is 👀 *If there are any other questions y’all have I’m happy to answer them either here or on my Instagram page @e.norwood.writer 🤍
