I can't really deal with the fact that a 5 year old is kidnapped and their doing relationship work. cool for them and all but priorities! that can all come afterwords. I liked when she finally took charge to go find her kid but there's no way I would ever apologize to anyone for that, and I wouldn't go back home till I found him.

    so this is kind of frustrating I get the matting bond and all that but she to weak and keeps thinking she’s strong. first she can’t be mad at that brennon had sex with someone else while she thinking about her mate and her mate has her heart she knew from the start. I understand her mate threatened to take her son forever but a real mother regardless mate or not omega or alpha would throw down and still reject his ass. I get it. she’s tortured and kind- but real kindness, would definitely not have let her hang onto the man for 5 years. 5. giving him hope with her “I love you” and make-out sessions but never anything more. she gets more benefits out of their relationship and still is stringing him along. she may not have asked him to admit he liked her, and yeah he could’ve broke it off sooner (seeing as he is a man and clearly neither of them are asexual) but he obvi held on because she gave him hope. and the whole time. the whole time. she gave him only a part of herself because she didn’t want to hurt her mate? and that makes her kind? she deserves Jax. they’re both assholes. if a guy did that to a woman he’s all kinds of messed up & owed a few slaps- but she’s... kind? foh. I hope Brennan finds his second chance mate and is happy. I hope Asher is able to maintain at least a good friend/second father figure/mentor relationship with Brennan. he’ll need the balance- seeing how both his parents are assholes and cowards. that’s my opinion on the characters- not the story. obvi the story is good, seeing as how it managed to rile up an opinion as if the people are real.

Which is why she doesn't trust men and why Jax doesn't deserve her. it's, in my opinion, obvious that she won't end up with Brennon but that doesn't mean he can't still stick it to Jax good...

    I’m liking this story so much! I would like if we got both Jax and Brennon perspectives to read their thoughts too. I don’t want Brea to forgive Jax so easily, she has to make him work for her forgiveness. Even if it is true that he went looking for her and was depressed that she was gone he still slept with other women knowing that she could feel the pain because they haven’t properly rejected each other! Now, I think there is more to Brennon. I agree with one of the comments 5 years without sex, he must be getting it somewhere else because he even said that he has needs. I have a feeling that he’s not as sweet and kind as he being portrayed, hopefully I am wrong! Can’t wait for the next update!!
