I honestly loved both books. yes I wasn’t super happy with the ending of book 2 but the author has indicated she will do a book 3. Don’t waste your money on this book if you like decent endings. I get the ending, although I'm disappointed. A flash forward, even a year, might have been nice. To know that in spite of everything Asher still found some sort of happiness. Maybe that one of his family members kept tabs on him. He went through so much even as a child... I personally feel that wasn't enough closure...

I'm so sick of asher treating Viola this way! why can't she literally reject her bond so she can have someone worthy. Instead of listening to him go on about her sister not even caring for his own mates feelings. why doesn't he reject her, stop hurting her. selfish he is. I always was cheering that Asher will wake up and accept Viola as his mate. Now I just home that Viola will wake up and reject him! No one deserves a man who treats a women like she’s nothing, like she’s not human being with feelings , and she’s his mate!!! I understand that he’s upset about whole mate situation but that’s not and excuse to treat anyone like that… This is first book ever where I genuinely hate main characters, first Jax and Bri and now Asher and Imogen. I strongly start to feel that there will be no happy ending for Viola and Imogen’s mate, even thought it’s not their fault that they was fated with the most selfish people in this book…
