    I was recommended to read this story by the editor. We began to chat for a bit. The editor sent me the prologue and chapter one. I have read many werewolf and vampire, fae, jin, fiction, non-fiction, historical fiction, and fanfic. I will be honest. The story intrigued me even though there are more than one story similar to this one. A fighting fatherless omega and many other characters. This story places the reader to visual the events happening just before your eyes. It captures you when you begin to read. Slowly you find yourself having one question once you finish reading the prologue. What was the most embarrassing thing that happened to her? Why would she want to change states? Which brings me to this question what is unique to this story? The answer is that the author create a character that connect with the scars in each person. All in all itโ€™s pretty good story for a person new to paranormal stories. Please donโ€™t grab your knifes to throw them at me if you dislike what I had to say!     I expected this to be normal clique 'werewolf story with conflict with vampires' but... I'm glad that it has more supernatural characters than just werewolves. Chapters length is quiet adequate not too short and not too long ,it starts to get indulging from the start that's a good thing. I also liked how it didn't start with the normal format of main female lead intoducing herself and telling all her life problems in the first paragraph of the very first chapter. Character development is good too. Omega, Ember shows at times like submission to the dominant ones and also at times shows us that she is not a weakling to be stepped on and is trying to get better and also she has morals which were depicted during 'saving the fairy friend of hers scene'.Also the inner turmoil of the Female character was expressed well. Alpha, Kane character kinda seems not so out of the norm as per the description : 'his cold orbs',' jet black hair', and as the 'most expressionless being'. I like the Female character friends they are good addition in this book but they seem a little too powerful as compared to the Female lead... well it's quite refreshing though.They are presented perfectly and are relatable. The plot was kept moving smoothly and the interest to read the next chapter was maintained well ... That's what made the book more indulging. And also the pace of the book was maintained-well in all the chapters. The writing is commendable it's beautiful written. One of the key points was the easy visualisation the old as well as beginner readers can perceive. The Prologue was a little on the dramatic side but was good as per to attract the reader's attention. Understandable decisions were made by the characters . It's really recommendable books for not only the werewolf fans but to the fantasy readers who like diversity and freshness in books.

    what an intresting world!! So many different species...not only werewolves, but also a wizard, troll! (where did this idea come from?) even a faerie - I really like faeries - :). Ember isn't a simple chatacter, under this mask she wears around others in school, there is very complicated person, who is caring, strong and mysterious - I can't wait what she will do next, she is unpredictable in a good sense. Every chapter connects nicely with the rest, the tension is building up, the plot gets more and more suprising and absorbing. Very riviting book.

The first chapter definitely grabbed my attention right away. But what I liked most was your use of imagery language. It helped me visualize the characters and plot a lot easier.     Actually this my second time to read a paranormal story...and iโ€™ve been asked if i can read this story as the editor recommended it and guess what i like it..iโ€™m just on a few chapters but i like it a lot.. when you start, to read it, youโ€™ll stop at the moment for whatever youโ€™re doing.. coz youโ€™re engrossed by it...this story has a different plot form itโ€™s different from those iโ€™ve read.. it makes you eager to find out will happened next.. and every time i read it ..i also felt what the characters feels on that moment..i feel sad for Ember and feels bad for Kane for he controlled everything..i guess thatโ€™s the author wants us to feel regardless of what we would like it to be.. but then this story is so much you couldnโ€™t refused to pass by... youโ€™re an incredible author..your talent is amazing..thank you for telling us about this story...you really did a great job!
