This was such a significant chapter set since it allowed Theia the opportunity to prove some worth in this pack. First with the fish, they think she’s incapable of anything and ill prepared for their way of life but she has some skills. Second, the performance of the traditional dance is a big one. It must have some significance that will become clear later. Clearly Vudce was impressed. I’m anticipating that her tasks during the seven months of the winter hunt will have her becoming stronger, gaining some allies in the pack, and learning more about their way of life. I’m a bit frustrated that Theia hasn’t humbled herself to Vudce to show that she wants to learn from her and that she respects the position Vudce has in the pack.

I love this story. it’s dark but is much more to real life than some other books. being took from your home with someone you thought you knew, but seems so distant now and then ignored. not knowing if you’re coming or going. brilliant can’t wait for the next update.

I’m so curious to the fact that neither of them have shifted yet. We haven’t seen Theia in wolf form yet and how her wolf behaves.

Hi Liz… Regardless of your claims that these last chapters are “not rape scenes” I regret to inform you that they are, in fact, the legal definition of rape. Look it up if you don’t believe me. I re-read the chapters to see what I was misunderstanding. However, she clearly states “no”, and is sobbing/resisting him and he replies with “it’s my wolfs right” and continues. Your readers are supposed to know she wanted this and “read between the lines”??! What lines? There is no rational way to justify around this. If your intention is to not portray rape, but animalistic desire, do better. This distinction is not evident in your writing if you have to “clear up speculation” in the comment section. You have a true creative talent and I have enjoyed these books. I wish you the best - author - but will no longer participate in this journey.

I remember Phobos wanted her to be able to read emotions really well but she can’t read minds. I know she stopped training at around 16 (I think) was it because of the brazen males in her pack or will that be revealed in the book? I’m glad they are in the same living space. I’m going to take a wild guess Phobos and his friend help each other out. He was there for her and her son and she maybe helped out around the pack (thinking back to when she kept speaking up) and was probably hoping for more.

Luna Liz, I have always loved your writing style, I was quite shocked on how long it took for Lumina and Demos to become Physical! specially since wolves are such sexual creatures! don't get me wrong men and even more so women (in my opinion!) are motivated by our carnal appetites and it is in all beings DNA to procreate. that being said I Def want more 🔥🌶🌶 crappies! but I am curious...Phobos "family" with Argus and Moria has been and is going to continue (even more so) to hurt Thiea, what tortures await her mind and soul???

Excited for the next chapters, hope Theia leaves Phobos and goes home even just to prove a point - he needs to work hard for her as well, Theia is trying so hard to prove herself for someone who really isn’t sure about her yet, she deserves better! Phobos is a bit selfish he doesn’t want her fully but doesn’t want anyone else to have her either 🤦🏽‍♀️..it’s like he’s at a cross road his pack first or Theia first - if he truly loves her then he would put her above the pack and not care if they accept her or not!! Can he not give up his Alpha position if they won’t accept her? Honestly he should have left her with her own pack until he was 100% sure about it…or just take someone his pack deems worthy as his Luna like Moira and let Theia live as she was (yes she would not have been truly happy like with her mate, but at least she had found peace after Phobos broke her heart the first time). Clever author I know we are meant to feel frustrated with Phobos but so sad to see Theia treated this way…not like his ‘beloved’. Love your stories though I am sure there will be a happy ending 💗❤️

I have just started this story, I’m about to read ‘Goosebumps’ 😊. It’s great to know the back story. As I am very new into the story, so I maybe completely wrong and off the mark 🙃, but I feel that everything Phobos has trained and taught Theia will come into play during this story... her journey... for example; the story of the Hare and what she learnt from that, the training with knives and what she learnt from that and the learning to recognise emotions (so much that she wants to surprise Phobos at how good she is). As I said I maybe completely wrong but I feel there will be more to her than just her shyness. Cant wait for the rest of her journey 🐺🥰. Thank you Luna Liz ❤️

I find it so confusing. I get that it is fantasy and a made-up period of time but I don’t understand why they ride horses to get places, still milk by hand nor do they have heat and yet, they have trucks and cars. lol! It’s driving me crazy!

I hope Moria is not bad . I see her as we saw Theia in the last book. I hope she becomes one of Theias favorite females.

I like Theia so much. Lumina was supposed to be badass Alpha but was so weak and submissive. Theia despite being pampered princess, much younger than Phobos, experiencing cultural shock, left in the dark about daily events, still stands up for herself to an entire pack of savages AND to their beast Alpha. Please keep Theia as strong.

This book is just as addictive as the 1st one.

I think much of Theia's misunderstanding comes from the lack of communication. Drakho gives explains when he's around but he's not around Theia much. Plus it's almost like she refuses because the pack isn't ideal or what she's use to. She's a bit unaccepting.
