Hmmmm could it be Jisel is Cessi’s dragon CeCe by any chance!??? deeming on the perception of the red hair color, maroon and shades of purple often look red 🤔 by the naked eye. Jisel also knows information she shouldn’t only someone close to the family would know as well.
