So my girl Kits is in the sunken place (love that line) it can't be easy being held hostage in your own body being tormented by the demons of your past. Kiya is truly burntout and I get it, to constantly have to do the right thing, even when people have done you wrong is very tiresome especially when those people have no regrets for wronging you in the first place. I hope Artemis resurfaces again, not only is she Kiya's best friend but she is her voice of reason and she helps her to be strong. Although I do think it's kinda of awesome that Kits has been kicking ass without having to transform into her wolf. I just love Lyra and Nikolai they are truly her parents and are worried and concerned about her, which is something I have yet to see from the Lanes. It's true you to have to birth a child into this world to love them and be there for them. I can not wait to see what Fate will be dealt out to Jonathan, Neron and the Lanes. Great update as always Marii.

I’ve just finished reading chapter 56 ‘Surrendered’ and I loved having Orisi’s POV because for me, it really highlighted how much he is using Kiya for ‘his’ plan and nothing more. I don’t feel he cares about her happiness or loves her. He’s all about wanting her power and what it can do for him. My mind is spinning theories in how Kiya will get back from this, who will save her? or will she save herself? Where is Nadia in all of this? What will happen to the innocent ones at Zicron pack (like the children)? What will happen to her family and Neron when they find out? Too much to think about 😅... ABOVE ALL ... I really hope Artemis is ok 🙏.

This book is really good. I look for updates constantly. The suspense is killing me. I am sure Osiris is responsible for this accident. It’s terrible. Poor Kiya can’t catch a break. She can’t even be happy going home to her safety net. Now that is being jeopardized. It almost makes you wish Kiya could have stayed with Selene when she originally died. I feel so sad for her.

I think Neron understands a lot more than he gives himself credit for. and I’m horrified that before they get a chance to explore their feelings for each other, they will be apart. I am also wondering whether Neron will give up being Alpha of Zircon moon or the Zircon moon pack will also cease to be. I know they deserve it, but there are still people like Raina and Kwame, Children from the pack that hold no blame. Plus it’s Jonathan’s twisted mind doing this- so .. I just hope that there’s an alternative that doesn’t mean Kia or Neron breaking up or Neron not being Alpha to be with her. Even though, they’re not a great pack- Neron doesn’t deserve not to be a leader - because he does care about his pack. I’m rooting for him reforming a new pack with Kia

I am so relieved that they were alive. Maybe they can help Kiya again. I wonder why she hated Neron the most... Shouldn't it be Jonathan? Or am I just being biased? hahaha. I am glad that Kiya still has, although weak, her lucid moments. As long as it's there, I feel hopeful for her.

I think this chapter has opened Neron's eyes to the true darkness of his pack, and could be what makes him give up his place as alpha? I think that will show his real support of Kiya. My heart ached for poor Kiya in this chapter.

She’s losing it! Forgiving her biological parents doesn’t mean they win, it means she was/is the better person and her healing will start fully! BUT... it’s understandable why she’s not able to do it just yet. she needs her own answers of why’s.. like why NO ONE believed her that she did not kill the Luna and the Angel or stood up for her or just basically help her escape the clutches of Jonathan, etc. I truly believe her healing will truly start when she finally open her heart to forgive! also, she was able to get rid of the vamp by using her avatar light.. why not do it again and cleanse herself of the darkness in the process.. just a theory.

If Raina and Neron forgave themselves and truly apologized to Kiya would she be able to find a place in her heart to forgive them. All three of them need to heal and they can't until they let go of somethings. Guilt is eating away at Neron and Raina and it's not good. Just like the anger is tearing away at Kiya.

Wow, I shocked that Neron openly admitted that he doesn't trust his pack with the exception of the Beta and Gamma families minus Raina's parents of course. I am really interested in seeing what he has planned for his pack. I was taken aback by Anthony's refusal to have Neron help him but can you blame him, his pack caused nothing but heartache and misery for Kiya. To the author ✍️ I just want to tell you that I absolutely love love love this saga! I have literally cried so much for first Halima and now Kiya. I catch myself going back and rereading many things to see if I’ve missed anything and I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to do so. Because even when I go back, even though I’m reading a few other books at the same time I keep coming back to these they are my favorite, I find things that I missed or have forgotten. I really truly believe and feel inside my heart that you could take untouched and unhinged and create an actual movie series based on these two books so far. I cannot praise your ability to captivate enough. Wow I feel so bad for Ariel. She really deserved a better human than Odessa. Now it makes me sad to think that if she goes through with it, she'll end up dying. Then again, it's probably been killing Ariel inside that she can't be with Darien/Sirius all because Odessa is so greedy and ungrateful. I wish all the best for the three of them, but Odessa doesn't deserve redemption at this point. This shows that sometimes you'll run into people who are so delusional they don't want to believe or accept anything unless it's something that they want. Odessa wants what she wants, not what she needed. Some people never learn sadly.

This is soooo real. I have experienced first hand the affects of sexual abuse, I ask myself timw and time again could I have prevented the pain that was inflicted? If only I had...!! I should have..!!! However this was not the case, and forever will I regret not making the right decision at the time. I'm still looking for my fairytale ending, however I know it will not come anytime soon. Though some may see the events as fiction, Oh my... to live it for real is another thing.
